Texting and your Neck
As mentioned in this video – texting/smart phones, mobile devices and other technology are not going away anytime soon.
So awareness is a key first step.
Being conscious of posture and ergonomics is crucial to avoid the symptoms of text neck. The detrimental effects including “old person’s hump” can be avoided with intentional practice. This may include self-care techniques, specific exercise, and corrective chiropractic care.
