What is Prehabbing?
When someone is injured they are in need of rehabilitation to the injured area. This “rehabbing” is done post-injury and is very common in musculoskeletal injuries involving various joints. So this is a reactive procedure to an unwanted event – the injury.
What if you could perform an easy activity to prevent injury? This is essentially what “prehabbing” means. A common complaint I see is shoulder pain so following are a couple simple methods of prehabbing the shoulder joints.
