Lilydale Highway 13 Road Construction on the way to the Chiropractor

lilydale-chiropractorRecent rains have greened our grassy lawns and saturated our soil.  But they have also wreaked havoc on our highways and roads.  The highway stretch between Mendota and Lilydale has been temporarily closed due to a washed out section going down the bluffs on the west side of Hwy 35E.

So, plan your trips accordingly! 🙂

If you are coming from 35E there should be no issues as you exit onto Hwy 13, however if you come up Hwy 13 from the West towards our Lilydale location you may have issues.  In this case you will want to come from Hwy 110 to 35E or bypass the road work by using 110 and Lexington Ave.

It is a good reminder of the importance of proper maintenance.  In the same way we need regular maintenance to keep our roads passable, we need regular maintenance of our body.

This is where the true power of chiropractic shines!  Sure, chiropractic is great for relieving aches and pains but regular “tune-ups” do so much more than mere relief of symptoms.  Many people find that regular care helps them to perform better in whatever life brings their way. Many professional athletes use chiropractic to play their best. Many individuals find that they have increased energy, decreased stress and better overall function!

So, remember – regular maintenance improves overall function – in our bodies and on our roads.  If it’s been a while since you’ve been checked by a chiropractor, give us a call – we’re here to help!
