Office Posture Matters to Chiropractors
I am frequently asked about office posture and have found that the majority of my patients suffer from some form of sitting-related stress that compromises their health. Their are simple ways to combat this that can be done right from your desk. The key is MOTION. We are not meant to be immobile and when we force our bodies to do this through sedentary postures (i.e. sitting) we compromise normal, innate function.
