Chiropractic Healing and Spare Tires

Watch this short video as Dr. Joel Fugleberg explains health and it’s relation to “spare tires.”

Convenience or Correction

We live in a culture of convenience. We want to drive fast, eat fast food, be efficient with our time, etc…

All too often we – as a culture – do not like to take time for things of value.  Taking time for things of real value often falls prey to multitasking on a bunch of mediocre items.  When it comes to our health, we need to understand that it may take time to reach optimal health.

Popping a pill never brings health.  It may take away a symptom for a short while but it never increases the level of health.  When it comes to healing, we need to understand that it is a process and not an event.  Rather than applying short term “band-aid” type fixes, sometimes we need to invest in a process that will achieve higher function.

Remember, you’re worth it! 🙂
