Cara Cruzen – Massage Therapist

Cara grew up in Saint Cloud, MN in a family with three older brothers; she began working in mental health immediately after high school and became part of the management team supervising individuals with special needs. She started her massage therapy career in 2009 at Rasmussen College in St. Cloud.

Cara graduated in March 2011 with an Associates in Applied Science with a focus on massage therapy; she began her career while still in school, working at a health club performing massage therapy and decided to move to the St. Paul/Minneapolis area to further her career. Cara joined Lifestyle Chiropractic in April 2011 after falling in love with the atmosphere of the facility!

Along with achieving her massage therapy degree, Cara belongs to the National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB) and is a certified member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Cara continually is learning and striving to expand her knowledge of the body. She is excited about future continuing education and looks forward to becoming certified in other modalities of bodywork!

In her free time, Cara loves spending time with her nieces and nephews, relaxing with her dogs and doing just about anything outside. She spends a lot of her spare time at local parks or lakes playing any sport available (unless it is a Sunday, she will then be glued to the TV cheering on her favorite football team the Vikings)! Cara looks forward to meeting all of the patients at Lifestyle Chiropractic and encourages everyone to try out a massage at least once to see how beneficial it really is on the body and how amazing it truly does feel!
